DoD-Compliant Infrastructure Enclave: Turned around a secure infrastructure project delayed by over a year, successfully completing it within 4.5 months and securing continuation of a $170M/year DoD contract for the client organization.

Revenue Cycle Optimization: Coordinated business requirements, system implementation, and testing for 16 projects in 9 months. Mapped out the full revenue cycle process for California Children’s Services, identifying $10-22M in annual preventable denials and developing recommendations for system/process changes to eliminate them.

M&A Technology Standardization: Successfully turned around a technology standardization project during the COVID-19 pandemic, including computer and telephony replacement in long-term acute hospital patient rooms, network wiring replacement, and prerequisites for Epic migration. Navigated dependencies with multiple concurrent strategic technology projects, resulting in a model implementation for future mergers and acquisitions.
